INSPIRING GIRLS FOUNDATION (NIT 901.271.651-5) - Non-profit entity governed by Colombian law, promoting equality of opportunities for girls and adolescents.
THE FOUNDATION: Inspiring Girls Foundation, NIT 901.271.651-5.
ONLINE DONATION: Donations made through the donation button on the website.
DONOR: Natural or legal person who makes a donation and declares legal capacity and ownership of funds.
ACTIVITIES: Programs and visits conducted by THE FOUNDATION (https://inspiring-girls.com.co/)
Online donations are intended for users over 18 years of age with legal capacity to donate as established in Articles 1444 and 1445 of the Civil Code. The donor declares ownership of the donated funds and guarantees they come from lawful sources.
The website allows online donations under two modalities:
a) One-time donation:
• Fixed amounts pre-established on the website, or
• Discretionary amount (up to 50 SMLMV). For higher donations, contact info@inspiring-girls.com.co
b) Monthly donation:
Recurring contribution automatically debited. To cancel, contact info@inspiring-girls.com.co directly.
All donations are free without direct compensation. Funds support THE FOUNDATION's general purpose. THE FOUNDATION reserves the right to reject and return donations (deducting financial movement tax) without justification.
Donors must provide basic information (full name, ID document, email) which will be processed according to THE FOUNDATION's Personal Data Processing Policy available at: https://inspiring-girls.com.co/terminos-condiciones-cookies-y-otros-acuerdos-entre-nosotros/

The donor agrees to assume transaction costs generated by payment gateways or financial entities. Donations may be made in US dollars or Colombian pesos at the donor's choice. If USD is selected, the donor assumes exchange rate costs when applicable. THE FOUNDATION is not responsible for rate variations.
THE FOUNDATION will not be directly or indirectly responsible for damages or losses arising from access to or use of the website, including damages caused by errors, viruses, trojans, worms, harmful codes, or payment gateway failures. The user assumes the risk by accessing the website.
The donor declares and guarantees that donated funds come from legitimate and legal sources obtained in accordance with Colombian law. The donation system will not be used for money laundering or financing illicit activities. The donor authorizes THE FOUNDATION to verify their name against national/international restrictive lists and conduct credit database inquiries.
THE FOUNDATION acts under the principle of good faith and presumes that every donor acts likewise, adhering to these terms and conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
Effective from October 31, 2025, and will remain in force until modified by THE FOUNDATION, which reserves the right to update them unilaterally.
